Job Title: Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of general tasks, such as offering and serving beverages to the company employees and guests, photocopying files and papers, maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the office premises, and any other duties as required and assigned.


  • Offer and serve beverages to employees and guests.
  • Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the office premises.
  • Clean and maintain the office pantry.
  • Assist admin employee to order, receive and inspect deliveries of cleaning and pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Collect and distribute courier and mail among employees.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and binding papers and documents when required.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with directions.
  • Perform other office tasks as required and assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or clerical activities is an advantage.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skills & professional personal presentation.
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures.
  • Punctual and reliable.
