Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer (Gas & Copper-HVAC)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer (Gas & Copper-HVAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of gas and copper-HVAC systems, as well as strong sales and customer service skills. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, designing and specifying gas and copper-HVAC systems, and closing sales deals.


  • Handling the Sales & Marketing of Air Conditioning products such as Copper, Refrigerants & other HVAC Accessories
  • Should have strong clientele in the assigned region to generate immediate sale
  • Should be responsible for sales and marketing of Icecon Air-conditioning products such as Copper, Refrigerants, Compressors, Chillers, Controllers, Fans, Brazing Rods and other HVAC Accessories
  • Independently should lead end to end sales and marketing process, lead generation, new customer acquisition, pricing, commercial negotiations, and customer service
  • Focus on new customer development should be a part of major job role and acquire large accounts in priority to grow the sale of the product segments for the company
  • Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Complete weekly/monthly sales reports shall be forwarded to Sales Manager e.g. Sales KPIs, Sales activities, opportunities, Business Won & Lost, Risks, commitments, Pricing, Services & etc.
  • Should have good knowledge about HVAC products especially of HVAC accessories that are used in any HVAC system of the project


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Holding Master’s Degree or MBA in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
  • Minimum 7+ year of experience in Sales & Marketing & worked with manufacturer/trader of HVAC products like Copper, Compressors, Refrigerants & other HVAC Accessories & possess strong relation with HVAC/MEP Traders, MEP Contractors, Facility Management companies and other General manufacturing industries within the region

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Sales Management experience and proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and coming up with new sales strategies and incentives
  • Ability to build & maintain business relationships and develop trust with high level executives
  • Extensive experience and proven success in analysing market opportunities, market segmentation and market positioning
